Fuzzy Friends Rescue Story of the Month

We decided to adopt a pet from Fuzzy Friends, and on our first visit, met Baxter, a black and white 11 pound jack russell/poodle mix. We immediately knew that he was going home with us. We visited him twice a day for two weeks before the adoption was completed. We noticed how passionate the employees and volunteers were about the sheltered dogs and cats. The care and concern for these animals is a priority, and a success story meant that an animal was going to a very loving home. Baxter has been such a blessing. He loves walking in the neighborhood and chasing squirrels. He is very lovable and enjoys being in our laps and loves sleeping in our king size bed. He has many toys, and he loves to play mostly in the morning and evening hours. The Waco community is blessed by Fuzzy Friends’ treatment of innocent animals.
